Ananda Dhiira is a beautiful retreat center located in Penn Valley surrounded by oak forest, close to South Yuba River, where the nature is breathtaking, and you can see lots of stars so bright in the night. We will spend a lot in nature to do our practice, yoga, meditation, silent moment, mud therapy in the river, enjoying delicious sentient food, having fun together, and deepen our meditation.

During this retreat, you will also have a chance to learn a personal technique of meditation if you wish.
