Refund Policy:

All registrations are refundable up to fourteen days before the start of the program minus a 3% non-refundable transaction fee. 

Suppose cancellation occurs between fourteen and three days (72 hours) before the program’s start date. In that case, we will retain a $100 cancellation fee, or you can use the fee as a credit for any other scheduled retreat (valid for up to one year.)

No credits or refunds are available for cancellations three days or less before the program’s start date, for no-shows, or leaving an event early. 

You are also welcome to transfer your participation fees to an unregistered participant if you need to cancel for any reason. 

Please allow seven days for the processing of fees.

We want everyone to stay safe during these Pandemic times. If you contract Covid19 and need to cancel your participation in our retreat, we will give you a full refund of the retreat fees. Please send us a copy of your positive Covid test, and we will refund your participation fee as soon as possible. 

Prohibited Items:

It is not allowed to bring any tamasik items, such as tobacco, alcohol, drugs, intoxicants, meat, fish, eggs, onion, garlic, mushrooms, or any food containing those items. If you have any questions, please contact us for more information.

The food during the retreat is plentiful and delicious, so you don’t need to worry about going hungry!

Out of respect to our guests with scent sensitivities, we ask that no strong perfumes or lotions be used.

Pets are generally not allowed in most of our retreat centers. If you intend to bring your pet along to a retreat, please contact us first, so we can evaluate it in your case.
