This retreat will take place at Camp SAJO Camp, a beautiful resort in the province of Quebec (Outaouais region). In this retreat, you can enjoy comfortable accommodation, classes on meditation, yoga, and spiritual philosophy, and much more. The retreat will be led by Dada Dayashiilananda and … and will start on Friday late afternoon and run until Sunday afternoon. We will enjoy our time together for the daily yoga classes, collective meditation, silent moments, enjoying delicious sentient (Sattvic) food, have fun together, and deepen our meditation. During this retreat, you can learn personal meditation if you wish from Dada Dayashiilananda. Our accommodation capacity is limited to 15 participants; so make sure to register for the retreat early.

Camp SAJO and Accommodation
Camp SAJO is a very large and uniquely beautiful resort for community recreation right in the middle of the forest. We will be hosted in Le Mariste, one of their various chalets (cabins).
We provide bedsheets, blankets and pillows. But feel free to bring your own. Feel free to bring your sleeping bag as well.
What to bring:
Please bring comfortable clothing and shoes, toiletry, towel, notebook & pen, medications (if you have any), sunscreen, insect repellent, hat, and other personal needs. Please don’t bring sleeveless shirts, short pants, or short skirts.

YOW (Ottawa International Airport) and YUL (Montréal-Trudeau International Airport) are the nearest airport. Camp SAJO is a little more than an hour from YOW and about an hour and half from YUL. Renting a car from YOW and YUL to Camp SAJO may be an option for you. Taking Uber might be too costly; so we will also try to arrange a ride share with other participants when possible; so please let us know your travel plans in advance.
