November 13 – 15, 2020 Online Meditation Steps Retreat
Saturday, November 21, 7 p.m. EST: Start of 6-Weeks Small Group Classes
Sunday, Nov. 22, 7 p.m. EST: Start of Weekly Online Group Meditation
We will start with the online weekend retreat, followed by the classes and weekly collective meditation. The retreat will be on the Zoom platform with interactive workshops, presentations and yoga classes, collective meditation, and sharing sessions.
The online retreat and the weekly meditation sessions are free. However, donations are sincerely appreciated to help us continue the work and make those events possible.
The six-week online course will give a broad introduction to the practices and philosophy presented on the Meditation Steps. You will have a chance to ask questions, interact, and get a good overview and preparation for learning personal meditation. We will start by assisting you in establishing a daily yoga and meditation practice and then moving to different philosophical and practical topics. The sessions will be an hour to one-and-half an hour. If many people register, we will have more than one group and class time option per week. The suggested contribution for the six classes is $49.00
